- To document and analyses requirements from a business perspective, and to defines current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and work using the BI (Business Intelligence) method to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT.
- To Facilitate requirements gathering - coordinate with product management, design, and development to define and document features and experiences.

- Experience in Core Banking (Compliance & Regulatory and Cards (TSYS)), DPR, IIB, ORDS, Loans, T24 banking, Experian Energy, Insurance, HRO.
- Worked on project management/bug reporting tools like JIRA, Rally, HP QC etc.
- Also worked on various ETL and reporting tools for data analysis like Informatica, Data Stage, MSBI, QlikView, Power BI, Cognos. In addition, databases I have used are DB2, SQL Server, Oracle and Teradata.
- Worked as an Agile Scrum Master in several projects in past.
- Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders, with demonstrable communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Working for one of the top banks in the UK on its Technical Business Analyst.
- My work here is not only limited to gather requirements from Business stakeholders and understand their end needs but also to propose the best solution available and provide the technical and high-level design to IT Team to build the complete solution.

- My work here is not only limited to gather requirements from Business stakeholders and understand their end needs but also to propose the best solution available and provide the technical and high-level design to IT Team to build the complete solution.
- To work collaboratively with delivery partners/Solution Analysts and subject matter experts in gathering, translating, and clarifying requirements and defining design options.
- In systems related projects and programs, also have to support Software Delivery and IT Operations with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements and designs, often representing the voice of the customer and business in these discussions.
- Work with end users and other stakeholders to identify business requirements.
- Explore all viable approaches and propose the most approprite design and solution to business.
- Using the gathered information, document the new features and User Stories (including acceptance criteria) for detailed planning
- Throughout the execution of project, meet with development team members to answer questions, clarify requirements, and review/verify the implemented solution. - Work closely with Testers and Developers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the specified system behaviors (acceptance criteria).
- At the end of the development, verify the functionality and scope of testing based on requirements.
